We start every floor with precision crack repair, restoring strength and stability to your concrete.
Next comes a high-adhesion prime coat, followed by a high-solids pigmented base coat that creates a smooth, even foundation.
While still wet, we broadcast a full layer of decorative vinyl flakes to achieve a flawless, custom look. Once cured, two coats of premium sealer are applied — the first locks in the flakes, and the second is a 97% high-solids polyaspartic or polyurethane top coat that delivers exceptional durability, UV stability, and chemical resistance.
Layer by layer, we build a floor that’s seamless, slip-resistant, and designed to last for decades — far stronger than painted or sealed concrete, and much tougher than Spray-Crete. The result? A stunning, low-maintenance finish that stays beautiful through New Zealand’s toughest conditions.
